Actor, Screenwriter, Director, Producer, Comedian Michael La Rocco began his career as a punk-rock promoter and emcee booking such seminal rock acts as Elliot Smith, ThirtyOughtSix, and Sissyface into his underground rock club The Furnace in the early 90s. In the mid-90s La Rocco turned his attention to directing music videos for such cult bands as Belated Disorder and Mental Patient, before co-founding Guilt Trip Pictures in 1994.

Michael has made numerous independent films. Currently he's at work on two documentaries scheduled for release in 2005.
